978-0-595-45268-2, iUniverse, 2007) and its 15 year old author, Kristina Coia, were
nominated for the Eric Hoffer Book Award. The Eric Hoffer Award was established in
the memory of the philosopher, Eric Hoffer and recognizes the best in independent
books. The Award is given annually and winners will be announced in April 2008.

world of Lymeria. The four friends are pulled into a labyrinth of riddles and
trickery in their desperate attempt to stop the evils of the dreaded wizard Cepheus.

Kristina has written a captivating tale full of twists and turns, in which four
friends work together to outwit the forces of evil while discovering the power of
love and the bond of friendship. The book opened to critical reviews across the
nation and has been nominated for numerous literary awards.

The Eric Hoffer Award was started in 2000 in memory of author, philosopher, and
Presidential Medal of Freedom Award Winner, Eric Hoffer to honor freethinking
authors and their works. The Award is administered by Hopewell Publications in
Titusville, New Jersey and attracts over 1500 entries from throughout the world.
LYMERIA is being accepted for its creative flair and independent writing style of
its author.
